Opening a group form

The group captain can open a group by following the procedure outlined on this page. When opening the group, the captain must:

Enter your contact details and billing information, if applicable.
Choose how you want to pick up your race bibs: as a group or individually. If you choose "as a group," make sure to tell your runners NOT to go pick up their race bibs individually, but to go to the meeting point you've set for the group to pick up their race bibs.
Choose the payment method: group or individual. The captain pays for the entire group (one payment when the group is finalized) or each runner pays for their own registration.

As a reminder, there may be different distances within a group (children, adults, walking, running, or trail running).

Registration fees

Unlike individuals, the price for each distance is fixed for groups.

The deadline for group registrations is August 25.

Procedure

Creation of a group with a minimum of 15 runners
Select one of the sections in the registration form (Schools, Associations, Companies, JCPMF) and click on "create a group."
Share your group code with your guests so they can register themselves.
Close the group in a single move 10 days before the race.
And enjoy group benefits: inter-team challenges, preparatory group training sessions, etc.

Modification / Cancellation

Changing the distance for one person in a group: this is possible at the dispute table, only if the new distance is less than the one originally chosen. In this case, there is no additional charge or refund. This is a service offered to groups.

No cancellations will be refunded once race numbers have been printed (30 days before the event).

Group services & benefits

Groups can order medals for their participants. For each distance, there is an inter-team ranking (companies, associations, etc.).

Discounts

Discount for the "Je Cours Pour Ma Forme" group (-€2)

Groups participating in the "Je Cours Pour Ma Forme" program throughout the year can form a group to receive a €2 discount per participant on the individual price. The price therefore remains flexible. One group leader can participate for free for up to 30 runners, and two group leaders can participate for free for more than 30 runners.
