
EcoTrail – the rebirth of the "Paris–Brussels" route
In 2012, Brussels was the first city outside France to host an EcoTrail. The collaboration continued for nine years, until 2020.
After a five-year hiatus, the organizing team behind the Zatopek event has announced a revival and European reunion, with the tenth edition of the Brussels EcoTrail scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the former Boitsfort racecourse. The "Paris-Brussels" route is not just a high-speed train line, it is also a key axis of the new EcoTrail dynamic.
Registration for the Brussels EcoTrail, which replaces the EuropaTrail, will open in a few days. With a new event that is sure to get people talking, the Brussels tour for three in an "80km Run-Bike-Bike" format, alongside the solo 80km Brussels tour. The program will also include a 50km, 36km (new), 24km, 10km, 5km, and a trail for children. Welcome to where the trail begins!
